Terms of Service
TO START A COMMISSION
1. Please contact me by either email ([email protected]) or DM
2. I will send you a form to fill out
3. I will contact you by your preferred way of communication within 48 hours of receiving your form
4. We will discuss the details together
COMMISSION PROCESS
1. I will contact you to confirm your commission and work out any details /questions regarding your commission AFTER you fill out a form sent by me
2. I will send you an invoice for payment with details
3. I will notice you when I am starting your commission
4. After I finish the sketch, I will send it to you for review/revision
5. Once you are satisfied with the sketch, I will proceed onto coloring, when I am done, I will send it to you for review/revision
6. When all is done, I will deliver it to you in one of these formats by your request: PSD, PDF, JPEG, PNG, or TIFF
REVISIONS:
I accept a maximum of 6 revisions, 3 in the sketching stage, 3 in the coloring stage. So please be clear with your descriptions and/or supplementary materials (e.g. reference pictures, oc). Any additional revisions will cost a fee of +5% of commission price
DELIVERY TIME:
Within 1-2 weeks (7-14 days) after payment is receivedMultiple revisions may result in a longer delivery timeIf for any reason on my part, I have to delay the delivery, I will notify you and refund 5% of your total commission price for each day delayed
PAYMENT
Commissions are paid in full before startingPayPal or VenmoPayment and prices are in USD
REFUND POLICIES
Please contact me first if you want a refund, don't request a refund through PayPal or Venmo as I will not process it90% if not started50% if at sketch stage0% if at colored stage or is completed
